I’m Zanna, an evidence-based, certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Advisor, trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I continue to deepen my expertise and am currently completing a BSc in Nutritional Therapy at ION.
I have over 16 years’ experience in the UK food industry and a passion for food, cooking, and creating simple, delicious recipes that work in real life.
My own hormone imbalance and years in the food industry showed me how powerfully nutrition and lifestyle shape our health. Becoming a mother five years ago strengthened my commitment to supporting the wellbeing of both women and the next generation. I know first-hand how challenging it is to juggle work, motherhood, and self-care while trying to nourish yourself and your family.
My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence that nutrition can be simple, quick, and enjoyable, and can fit into any busy lifestyle. It can free you from food noise, doubts, and fear, and give you the energy to achieve your goals and enjoy life to the full.
